Q: I’ve just bought a secondhand Marlin Model 1895 SBKL which is fitted with a rear ghost ring sight adjustable for windage and elevation. It is not properly zeroed so can you tell me how to adjust it and how much adjustment there may be?

A: The XS Systems Ghost Ring sight provides 14 inches of windage and 16 inches of elevation adjustment

at 100 yards with a 24-inch sight radius. Elevation changes are made by screwing the aperture up or down; windage changes are made by the use of opposing windage screws.
