Black Racer Snake Slithers Across U.S. Sniper’s Rifle

Not even a black racer snake could break the focus of this U.S. military sniper while in the middle of a training exercise at Eglin Air Force Base in Alabama.

Snipers are trained to remain perfectly still for hours when they’re in position, but the real trick is staying invisible to enemies or even wildlife during that time span.

While in the middle of a 1-173 Infantry training exercise, U.S. Army National Guard sniper Pfc. William Snyder, demonstrated that ability perfectly.

Apparently, the ghillie suit Snyder was wearing did its job in making him become part of his surroundings, because it even hid him from a black racer snake that was cruising through the woods.
